    This painting began as a response to the recent renovations at the Belfry Brabazon Course where the 2002 Ryder Cup competitions were won by the Europeans. Reversing the background color of the lower right quarter of the painting became essential to break up the mundane oval shape made by the configuration of the routing.  Reds & Greens are reversed for target areas of front and back Nines.
