Quail Hollow: Since opening in 1961 this George Cobb design has undergone several revisions. Located in Charlotte, North Carolina, several holes were modified by Arnold Palmer in 1986 and in 1997 and 2003 the course underwent a redesign by Tom Fazio. It is regarded as one of the finest courses in the southeast United States. The course has hosted the Kemper Open from 1969 to 1979 and the World Seniors Invitational from 1980 to 1989. It is now the venue for the Wachovia Championship first played here in 2003 won that year by David Toms and the following years by Joey Sindllar, Vijay Singh and in 2006, Jim Furyck.
Tim Hagen has constructed an excellent simulation for Links 2003 and can be downloaded for free at the Links Corner.
