Sherwood Country Club:  Golf fans are familiar with this course where over the years it has been the annual site of post season small field tournaments hosted by Greg Norman and now by Tiger Woods.  The course was designed by Jack Nicklaus and opened in 1989.  The routing fits beautifully into the dramatic setting of Hidden Valley near Thousand Oaks, California.  Over 500 oaks were transplanted to strategic locations on the course where elevations and water hazards are constantly varied.  The routing shown here and for tournament play has the 'nines', excepting the finishing holes, reversed from the way the members play it.
